Understanding the problem before touching the code. I get into the business context, user needs and technical constraints early, asking the right questions and aligning stakeholders so nothing gets built on assumptions or incomplete briefs.
02 — Strategy
From discovery comes direction. I define the technical approach, architecture decisions and team structure needed to deliver something that scales. This is where the big calls get made and where getting it right saves significant time down the line.
03 — Build
Hands-on where it counts. I lead the front-end build with a focus on performance, accessibility and component architecture that the whole team can work with. Quality is non-negotiable and the bar stays high from first component to final feature.
04 — Delivery
Shipping is not the end. I make sure handoffs are clean, documentation exists and the platform is set up to grow well beyond the initial launch. A project delivered well is one the team can confidently build on.
